Who Has Access To The Data?
Data will be shared internally in CadAir so that all employees of the business can provide a service as appropriate when required and to enable us to administer and manage our business activities.

How Does The Company Protect The Data?

How Long Does The Company Keep Data For?

By law we have to keep basic information about our clients, including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data, for six years after the end of the financial year in which they cease being customers for tax purposes.
We may retain personal data about job applicants, employees, ex-employees, workers, and contractors of clients for as long as we continue to work with the client, and as long as it is necessary for us to retain that data.
